This Private Fund was created in the form of an International Business Company IBC in the British Virgin Islands number 581.281, and recognized under he BVI Mutual Funds Act of 1996, amended came into force on 2 January, 1998, and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of the British Virgin Island with Certificate No. RC/PIPO/04/2895 dated 5th day of May, 2004.
